The Des Moines Marriott Downtown underwent a sweeping transformation, with Digney York Associates serving as the hotel renovation company. With 417 rooms in focus, our scope included modernizing bathrooms with wall panel systems, shower doors, and LBT flooring. Stone vanity tops and new furniture elevated the experience.  

Overcoming challenges like permitting and fire-stopping, we ensured compliance while keeping the project on track. Notably, we reimagined public spaces, adding automatic doors, stylish stone counters, and an inviting bar area with refreshed features.  

Outside, exterior updates like column wraps and fresh paint breathed new life into the property. The Des Moines Marriott Downtown revamp showcases our dedication to creating functional, elegant spaces that redefine guest comfort and satisfaction.
