Under the leadership of our project managers, the Los Angeles Airport Marriott underwent a remarkable hotel renovation. With a focus on guest comfort and aesthetic excellence, we revitalized 1,003 guest rooms. This comprehensive scope included new carpets, vinyl, and FF&E packages, along with elegant tub-to-shower conversions.  

Notably, our team reimagined the expansive M-club concierge lounge on the 18th floor, spanning nearly 5,000 square feet. Overcoming unique challenges inherent to airport properties, we expertly balanced operational considerations, revenue management, and guest satisfaction.  

Adhering to timelines, we ensured an on-time completion, showcasing our commitment to seamless execution. This hotel renovation project stands as a testament to our ability to blend functionality with aesthetics.
