Digney York redefined I.M. Pei’s iconic vision and terminus of Denver’s 16th Street Mall in the landmark renovation of Sheraton Downtown Denver. This impressive endeavor required immense collaboration from leading hospitality specialists, High Street, Eagle 4, Tynan Group, Gensler, and Digney York Associates.   

 As the hotel contractor, Digney York masterfully completed the full remodel of the tub-to-shower conversions in all 1,234 guest rooms. The 1961 concrete complex was fully repositioned within the original ten-month schedule through the global pandemic and was introduced to the market as the 2nd Sheraton Generation III renovation property. Working on this project was a proud achievement for Digney York and an example of our long-standing dedication to our clients, partners, and the hotel renovation industry.
