Embarking on the Sheraton Dallas Downtown hotel renovation project, our team undertook a substantial hotel renovation project. The comprehensive scope ranged from upgrading 1,334 guest rooms and presidential suites to enhancing public spaces like the Club Lounge. Services spanned from painting vinyl and carpet installation to complete FF&E packages.  

Digney York seamlessly navigated challenges and achieved timely completion as the hospitality general contractor. All guest rooms and suites now have new wood flooring and upscale bathrooms. This project showcases our agility and commitment to excellence in the heart of downtown Dallas.
