This stylish boutique hotel underwent a complete transformation of 318 rooms and corridors on 17 floors. Motif Seattle’s guest rooms received new paint, furniture, carpet, FF&E packages, decorative barn doors, and light fixtures. The bathroom scope also included new showers with tile surround, shower pans, and shower doors. An aggressive schedule coupled with the downtown Seattle location created logistical hurdles that DYA’s team of experts effectively overcame.
