Hotel Zena, a popular cultural hub in the heart of D.C., boasts stylish guest rooms that exude modern comfort, making it one of the top 10 hotels in the area. Digney York was the hotel renovation contractor and partnered with Viceroy to remodel the guest rooms, corridors, fitness center, boardroom, and offices. We installed new guest bathroom vanities and vanity tops with additional custom stonework on the walls around the vanities. DYA experts delivered a new FF&E guest room package, luxury vinyl tile in the restrooms, and fresh carpeting throughout the corridors. The bold drywall features, incorporating a striking headboard with LED lighting, were an impressive venture for our team.  

 We expertly completed the hotel renovation within schedule as promised and mid-pandemic. The characteristics of this boutique hotel in Washington, D.C., create the perfect urban retreat.
