Shamira joined Digney in March 2018. She brings five years of construction experience to Digney, focusing on hotel renovation and procurement. Before joining Digney, Shamira gained experience doing estimation for single-family home construction, which helped cultivate her negotiating skills and her knowledge of budgeting and scheduling requirements.
Shamira is a highly motivated, solution-oriented team player that helps ensure every project is completed on schedule and within budget. She thoroughly enjoys working closely with all those involved in her projects and building relationships with co-workers, vendors, and clients.
When she’s not busy at work, Shamira, a Texas native, enjoys going on adventures with her family.
