KYLE NEWMAN
Project Executive
Kyle Newman joined Digney York as an Assistant Project Manager in 2016. As an A.P.M. Kyle is responsible for working with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, and overseeing a project from bid to project completion.
After graduating from the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Architecture, he took a position as a Quality Assurance & Control Representative with a small commercial renovation contractor based out of Denver Colorado. Working with Monarch allowed him the opportunity to receive a training certificate for Construction Quality Management from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and an OSHA 30 certification. As a QA/QC his main responsibilities included monitoring job site safety, construction quality, creating project schedules & management of the construction process.
Following his work as a QA/QC, Kyle decided to switch careers which provided him the opportunity to use his education in architectural design as a Custom Home & Cabinetry Designer for Primrose Homes located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Kyle believes organization & communication are keys to a successful project for all parties involved.
