Director Project Operations

Josh Monroe joined Digney York as an assistant project manager in 2015. Josh is responsible for overseeing a project from start to finish while working closely with clients, superintendents, architects, and other consultants throughout the duration of each project.

Graduating from the Catholic University of America, He earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Architecture. Following graduation, he took a position as a project manager with a small startup that offered virtual shared: marketing, IT, legal & accounting services to small businesses. Josh switched careers to return to his educational background and spent years gaining a strong construction foundation with Structure Tone Mid Atlantic, focused on interior fit-outs and data center work.

Josh brings a wealth of knowledge about modern technology, construction management software, scheduling, submittal review, estimating, & project cost management. Josh strongly believes open lines of communication with all parties involved is the key to achieve a successful project.
