Jenn joined Digney in December 2014. She brings eight years of construction experience to Digney, focusing on hotel renovation and procurement. Prior to joining Digney, Jenn gained experience in ground-up hotel and multi-family construction, which helped cultivate her negotiating skills, as well as her knowledge of budgeting and scheduling requirements.

Jenn is a highly motivated, solution oriented, team player that helps ensure every project is completed on schedule and within budget. She thoroughly enjoys working closely with all those involved in each of her projects, and building relationships with co-workers, vendors, and clients. Jenn’s dedication to the success of each project is exemplified by positive outcomes for the team and each project.

Jenn finds joy in that the fact that no two days are alike on a project, and not all projects are the same. She also takes pride in the tangible results of being part of the project: from the demo, the finished project, and a happy and satisfied client.

When she’s not busy at work, Jenn, a Northern Virginia native, enjoys going on adventures with her family and pups, hiking, kayaking and exploring new places in and around DC.
