Sheraton Denver Downtown Kicks Off Large Renovation
DENVER, CO - August 28, 2019: Sheraton Denver Downtown began its hotel renovation journey with Digney York Associates by their side to refresh the entire hotel. As the first hotel property to undergo a larger brand refresh, the 1,231 guest rooms and 133,000 square feet of meeting spaces are only the beginning of the transition of future Sheraton hotels. NEW YORK LAGUARDIA AIRPORT MARRIOTT RENOVATION BY DIGNEY YORK
QUEENS, NY - April 9, 2019: This dramatic update to the New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott reflects improvements made to all 443 guest rooms and guest corridors. The guest rooms received new finishes, including fresh paint, wall coverings, carpet, LVT, and updated FF&E.
Bathrooms are also renovated, with the old tubs replaced with luxury showers in many of the rooms. Digney York worked closely with ownership to minimize operational disruptions while renovating all nine guest room floors in under four months.
DIGNEY YORK COMPLETES A STUNNING TRANSFORMATION OF LAGUNA CLIFFS MARRIOTT RESORT AND SPA
DANA POINT, CA - December 14, 2018: The Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort is situated on the coastal cliffs of Dana Point with 180-degree beachfront ocean views and now completely renovated guest rooms.

LOS ANGELES, CA - April 30, 2018: W Hotels Worldwide has completed a $25-million renovation of W Los Angeles–West Beverly Hills, formerly known as W Los Angeles-Westwood. Dawson Design Associates led the top-to-bottom renovation with Digney York serving as the hotel's general contractor.
Drawing inspiration from the bungalows of Beverly Hills, the hotel provides 297 reimagined suites, including an Extreme WOW suite that comes equipped with a screening room. Each suite is designed with sectional sofas and sophisticated lighting, along with louvered windows and filtered light.

CHICAGO, IL - March 12, 2018: The Swissotel Chicago, a luxury, 4-diamond all-glass hotel located on East Wacker Drive, was designed by the award-winning Chicago architect Harry Weese. The property overlooks the Chicago River and Lake Michigan.

This beautiful property has floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Hollywood Hills, downtown Los Angeles, and airport runways. NEW YORK, NY - February 15, 2018: Digney York Associates (DYA) is up for the fast-paced challenge on our next full-scale renovation project at the New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott Hotel. Digney York will be responsible for the renovation of all 443 guest rooms, with 75% of the rooms needing tub-to-shower upgrades.
The transformation of the 80-year-old hotel draws its inspiration from the eclectic, multi-national culinary, arts, and cultural scene that comprises the surrounding Queens community, known as the “World’s Borough.” The project is expected to last six months.
DYA KICKS OFF DES MOINES MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN RENOVATION
DES MOINES, IA - January 16, 2018: The leading hotel renovation contractor, Digney York Associates, is taking on the largest hotel in Iowa – the Des Moines Marriott Downtown. Digney York will transform the entry into a new sense of arrival, renew the Great Room Lobby and City Center Lounge, and upgrade all 417 guest rooms.
The new style, "Modern Americana," is expected to elevate the guest experience with refreshed guest rooms and elevated suites and bathrooms, including modernized showers, custom furnishings, and signature beds. The renovation is expected to complete in October 2018.

AUBURN HILLS, MI - January 12, 2018: Digney York, a luxury hotel general contractor, has gladly embarked on the renovation of the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac just outside of Detroit, MI.
The hospitality renovation project includes all 290 guest rooms, suites, and guest room corridors, including a refresh to the fitness center.
