NEW YORK LAGUARDIA AIRPORT MARRIOTT RENOVATION BY DIGNEY YORK
QUEENS, NY - April 9, 2019: This dramatic update to the New York LaGuardia Airport Marriott reflects improvements made to all 443 guest rooms and guest corridors. The guest rooms received new finishes, including fresh paint, wall coverings, carpet, LVT, and updated FF&E.
Bathrooms are also renovated, with the old tubs replaced with luxury showers in many of the rooms. Digney York worked closely with ownership to minimize operational disruptions while renovating all nine guest room floors in under four months.
DIGNEY YORK COMPLETES A STUNNING TRANSFORMATION OF LAGUNA CLIFFS MARRIOTT RESORT AND SPA
DANA POINT, CA - December 14, 2018: The Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort is situated on the coastal cliffs of Dana Point with 180-degree beachfront ocean views and now completely renovated guest rooms.
All 378 rooms and guest baths were renovated with beach-inspired elements, new hard surface flooring, and walk-in showers. Digney York is thrilled to be the hotel construction company behind the renovations.

LOS ANGELES, CA - February 26, 2018: The completion of the $44 million renovation of Los Angeles Airport Marriott was recognized by USA Today in their article ‘A Look at Notable Hotel Renovations‘.
This beautiful property has floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Hollywood Hills, downtown Los Angeles, and airport runways. DYA provided the hotel renovation services as the general contractor, including a top-to-bottom refresh on all 984 guest rooms and 20 suites on 18 floors, including guest room corridors.
DYA KICKS OFF DES MOINES MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN RENOVATION
DES MOINES, IA - January 16, 2018: The leading hotel renovation contractor, Digney York Associates, is taking on the largest hotel in Iowa – the Des Moines Marriott Downtown. Digney York will transform the entry into a new sense of arrival, renew the Great Room Lobby and City Center Lounge, and upgrade all 417 guest rooms.
The new style, "Modern Americana," is expected to elevate the guest experience with refreshed guest rooms and elevated suites and bathrooms, including modernized showers, custom furnishings, and signature beds. The renovation is expected to complete in October 2018.
DIGNEY YORK COMMENCES WORK ON AUBURN HILLS MARRIOTT PONTIAC
AUBURN HILLS, MI - January 12, 2018: Digney York, a luxury hotel general contractor, has gladly embarked on the renovation of the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac just outside of Detroit, MI.
The hospitality renovation project includes all 290 guest rooms, suites, and guest room corridors, including a refresh to the fitness center. The brand new Concierge Summit Lounge with efforts focused on modernizing and enhancing the guest experience. The multi-million dollar renovation project is expected to complete in April 2018.
