NEWPORT BEACH, CA – June 20, 2022: Digney York is proud to serve the hospitality industry’s most prominent brands and owners, including the owners of VEA Newport Beach, Eagle Four Partners, and Lyon Living on the renovation of this incredible ocean view property.

VEA Newport Beach delivers sophisticated food and drink, a posh spa, a fitness studio, and a lively pool scene. Whether your stay invites you to recharge or revel in experiences, VEA Newport Beach has something for everyone, from live music and poolside cocktail parties to a serene spa day and lounging in your lavish suite. The property underwent a complete hotel renovation with new, coastal-inspired luxury guest rooms. To complement the hotel’s ocean views, all guest rooms are redesigned with soft, beach-inspired color palettes of tans, greys, blues, and minimal artwork. The suites and guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with city, golf course, and ocean views, as well as high-end linens and lush bathroom amenities.
VEA Newport Beach is introducing two new categories of suites, group suites and wellness-focused suites, spanning over three separate buildings, including Pier Tower, with 10 stories and 153 guest rooms, Fairway Building, with three stories and 48 suite guest rooms, and Sky Tower, with 16 stories and 198 guest rooms. The Cosmopolitan Retreat group suites offer four bedrooms, living spaces, and seaside views in custom-created interiors perfect for family getaways or corporate retreats. The Sanctuary Suites are wellness-inspired, providing a calming experience through the colors and textures. They also feature plush bedding, soaking bathtubs, and turndown service.
Digney York’s team of hotel millwork experts led the conversions of all 399 guest rooms and suites within the property. Each room was reconfigured with new layouts, decorative lighting, and custom millwork throughout. Contemporary plank flooring with custom carpet inlays at the bed settings ground the guestrooms in familiar comfort. The bathrooms were also redone, incorporating custom feature vanities with backlit mirrors. The new guest bathrooms give visitors a one-of-a-kind shower experience, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows from the shower to the guest room with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The showers are fully tiled with scalloped decorative wall tiles, further tying in the coastal theme.
