Rob Olfky brings a deep understanding of the construction industry and a proven ability to support complex projects with accuracy and care. Growing up with a father who served as a longtime Project Manager, Rob gained an early appreciation for discipline, problem-solving, and attention to detail required in construction. That foundation shaped his professional path and continues to influence how he approaches his work today.

Before joining Digney York Associates, Rob spent eight years in the reclaimed wood industry as an Operations Manager. In that role, he oversaw quality assurance, warehouse operations, and material acquisition, developing expertise in supply chain oversight and process management. His hands-on leadership style and ability to streamline operations ensured that projects remained on schedule and met the highest quality standards.

At Digney York, Rob applies that same rigor as a Purchasing Assistant. He works closely with project teams to manage procurement precisely, ensuring that materials are timely sourced, tracked, and delivered to keep projects moving forward. Known for his strong communication skills and reliability, Rob is valued as a collaborative partner who supports the success of both his colleagues and clients. His combination of industry knowledge, organizational expertise, and dedication to quality makes him an integral part of the Digney York team.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Rob is an avid supporter of Chelsea FC. He enjoys live music, experimenting with new cuisines in the kitchen, and traveling to experience different cultures. An outdoor enthusiast, he often spends weekends hiking with his dog and cherishes time with family and friends.
