Project Assistant + Purchasing Agent


Meredith joined Digney York in the Summer of 2022 as part of the Purchasing team. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston in South Carolina, which sparked her love for the Hospitality industry.

Meredith has ten years of experience as a Catering and Event Manager working at various properties around the United States, ranging from Boutique resorts in California to Five Star hotels in the heart of Washington, DC. Having well over 500+ events under her belt and wanting a change of pace, she decided to try her hand in a new, yet not unfamiliar, field. Meredith works closely with project management teams and vendors to ensure that material pricing, ordering, accounting, and scheduling run smoothly and stays on track.

As a self-proclaimed chef, Meredith spends most of her time cooking new dishes in the kitchen and trying new wines when she is not at work. She is an avid tennis player, loves to experience new restaurants in the city, loves her two rescue dogs, and tries to spend as much time as possible at her family’s beach home in Bethany Beach, DE.
