Ann Versteeg

CFO

As Chief Financial Officer of Digney York, Ann Versteeg is responsible for the company’s accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, human resources/benefits, and information technology.

Ann joined Digney York in 1992 as the Controller and since 2001, has served as the CFO and Secretary for the Board of Directors. Prior to Digney York, Ann worked as an auditor and senior accountant for the public accounting firm now known as Aronson LLC.

Ann is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).
Ann graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
