In 2007, Matt joined Digney York Associates as an Assistant Project Manager, reporting directly to Kevin Cronin, and bringing with him a seven year track record of construction management experience.

For Digney York, Matt immediately assumed leadership roles and oversight on multi-million dollar renovations at the Memphis Downtown Marriott and the Hyatt Denver Tech Center. After the successful completion of these projects Matt was promoted to Project Manager in January 2008.

Matt’s quick elevation within the Company can be attributed to his ability to go the extra mile for clients to achieve perfection, as well as the knowledge he brought from his previous work experience on a variety of complex construction projects ranging from emergency roof repairs at the U.S. Naval Academy, public area work at the National Gallery of Art, and a major build out of a DC area assisted living facility.

At Digney York, Matt has quickly developed a great reputation among clients and has delivered extraordinary customer satisfaction. The most recent evidence of these attributes is his successful renovation of public space, guest rooms, suites and pool deck at the prestigious Westin Grand located in Washington D.C.
